We facilitated the installation and commissioning of the new briquette machine, including front-of-machine access for the auto-loader. To prioritize safety, our team installed safety gates and implemented a robust safety circuit. Additionally, we completed the installation of cable trays, a 3-phase power supply, and a distribution board to ensure seamless power distribution and operational reliability.

The 25-year-old, out-of-production servo drive was replaced with a modern Control Techniques servo drive, along with Control Techniques VSDs. Additionally, we implemented a modern safety circuit, ensuring the machine complies with current safety standards while enhancing its reliability and functionality.
